Q: What is Kombucha?
A: Kombucha is an ancient, living beverage. It contains probiotics, vitamins B,C & K, it also contains an army of organic acids used in energizing and detoxifying the body.
Q: How Much should I drink?
A: We recommend a 4-6 oz serving first thing in the morning when you wake up. This helps to lay the foundation for proper digestion of your nutrients throughout the day. If that is going well for a couple days, add servings intuitively.
